Production Process
Brass billet and ingot of Seowon are automatic dissolution facilities with strong stirring and high-tech casting facilities, and equal high quality products are being produced and supplied.
Billet & Slab
Seowon Co., Ltd. is producing billet and slab by using the continuous casting technology which allows improvement of billet surface quality, improvement of yield rate from suppression of shrinkage cavity, mass production and production of billet with large diameter through the introduction of horizontal continuous casting system for the first time in Korea.
Ingot
It is a process to produce the ingot for the processing of casting, rolling and forging of melted copper alloy. Ingot of Seowon Co. Ltd. is manufactured by pouring into the frame, and wheel type and orbit type are the 2 methods selected.
